Terms & Conditions

All reservations at The Savoy Mussoorie are subject to availability and confirmation. Bookings are considered confirmed only upon receipt of advance payment as specified at the time of reservation.

Room rates are subject to change without prior notice. The rates applicable are those prevailing at the time of check-in, unless guaranteed at the time of reservation with advance payment.

Check-in time is 2:00 PM and check-out time is 12:00 PM. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

Standard Cancellation: Cancellations made 48 hours prior to arrival will receive a full refund minus processing fees.

Late Cancellation: Cancellations made within 48 hours of arrival will be charged one night's accommodation.

No-Show: Failure to arrive without prior cancellation will result in charges for the entire reserved stay.

Peak Season: During peak seasons and special events, stricter cancellation policies may apply. Guests will be informed at the time of booking.

A deposit of 50% of the total booking amount is required to confirm reservations. The balance amount is payable at the time of check-in.

We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and bank transfers. Cash payments are accepted in Indian Rupees only.

All rates are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise specified. Additional charges for services availed during the stay will be settled at check-out.

Security deposit may be required at check-in for incidental expenses and will be refunded upon check-out after deducting any outstanding charges.

The Savoy Mussoorie shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance under these terms which is due to fire, casualty, flood, earthquake, other natural disasters, war, terrorism, labor disputes, government regulations, or other causes beyond our reasonable control.

In case of force majeure events, we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate affected guests through rescheduling or providing alternative arrangements where possible.

Guests are responsible for their personal belongings and valuables. The hotel provides safe deposit facilities, and we recommend using them for valuable items.

The hotel shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury to guests or their property, except in cases of proven negligence on the part of the hotel.

Guests are expected to conduct themselves in a manner that does not disturb other guests or damage hotel property. The hotel reserves the right to terminate accommodation for inappropriate behavior.

The hotel is not responsible for any medical emergencies or health issues that may arise during the stay. Guests are advised to carry appropriate travel and health insurance.

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Uttarakhand, India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Uttarakhand.

Any modifications to these terms must be made in writing and agreed upon by both parties.
